I don't think you can stack the 12% with a PM. the coupon says:

If you consider ordering online a "No Hassle" process. This is still a good deal if you want to buy in store (or have relatives afraid of ordering stuff on their "modem" which is actually their PC). Personally, if I can get something in store for very close to the same price I can get it at online, I'll just buy it in store. Even with tax in most states this will be within a few dollars of buy.com (or, in New Hampshire where there is no sales tax, cheaper).

And regarding the 12%, believe me I checked to see if I could stack that immediately, and no dice :/

Free shipping (no gas), no need to wait for clerk to call BB to pricematch, no need to have the clerk check with their manager if $10 off $40 will work with pricematch. All this is worth while unless one really need the mouse right away. Managers will occasionally deny the pricematching just because the price is too darn low. Although an extreme example, I've pricematched a ATI AIW 9800 card to local Frys in the past and they wouldn't honor the 110% PM policy but only 100%. The price for their store was around $450 and the Frys was $200. I could have got another $25 additional off but the manager was stubborn and say they're already selling below their cost (I guess original cost when they purchase it).
