Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with them.I too have bought from this retailer and i would say they're ok.They have great prices and offer free shipping but the processing and shipping took a while.I guess you get what you pay for.Anyway the bottom line is that the item came as described.

Buy.com is OK as long as you do not have any reason to contact them after the sale. Their prices on hot deals can be great but their customer service does not exist.
