Question Logitech Unifying Receiver

I need to replace an older Microsoft wireless mouse/keyboard set, and I do like the Logitech. I have a set of them with unifying receiver about 6 feet behind me on a different rig, and I recall an issue using two of these setups that close to each other. Can anyone set me straight on how to use two independent setups that close to each other? Thanks, zz03

That is weird. There should not be any issues at all. Logitech's unifying receiver can be paired with up to 6 devices but to do this you have to use their software and pair the devices yourself. Non paired unifying capable devices should not work with a different receiver than that which they come with. I have never heard of different setups interfering with one another or having issues due to proximity. For the past 5 months I have been using two different setups myself that are about 5~6 feet apart and never had any problems because of this.

You are correct, sir, whatever I had experienced previously did not cause any problem when I set up the new keyboard/mouse. The two systems are about 6' apart and there is no interference whatsoever between the two. Who knows what fluke I caused when trying to do it previously, but doubtless it was my own fault. Thanks for weighing in.
