Logitech WIreless Keyboard

I am having problems with my wireless keyboard. Could this be due to an overclock? Or the fact that I dropped it?

Anyway, my keyboard tends to skip some keys that I type. I would think that its a low battery problem, but I change the battery and the same thing occurs. ANy ideas?

gwlam12, what wireless KB do you have? Also, how hard did you drop it? I'd say that the overclock can't be ruled out untill you turn your rig back down to stock speed and see if you have the same "skipping" on the keys, just a suggestion, I hope this helps

Is it a PS/2 or USB keyboard? Regardless i would doubt it's your overclock. Unless this started immediately after you overclocked your box. If it's not battery then it's most likely interferance. Make sure the receiver is not near any power, lights, monitors, non-shielded speakers, or any other source of EMF. Bring the receiver as close to the keyboard as possible as well.

Try plugging in a standard keyboard and see if your typing responds slowly still. I've seen hosed OSes do the same thing...

Well if you were OC'd and it worked B4 you dropped it ...go figure... Never had 1 not work due to OCing (1 of my favorite past times)

I would be curious to know which model it is as I am considering the wireless Elite keyboard.

i have the logitech optical cordless freedom

apparently it wasnt due to an overclock. my receptor was just put in the wrong place. had to move it around for awhile till i could find a good spot.

haha, sorry about not responding to any of ur questions. apparently i forgot i made this thread. my keyboard stopped working and after that i just forgot. haha.
