This is a good deal but justdeals has an even better deal. They're selling it for 75 + 13 shipping - 5 coupon (found on google), and the rebate applies for them as well. Total comes out to 33. This'll go very nicely with my new T42.

These look like a 2.1 version of the Z560s. I have a set of the z560s from a Dell deal awhile back. I have been using them as a 2.1 set since I bought them because I do not have anywhere to put the surround speakers. Maybe once I move into my new apartment I'll have some place to put them.

On the rebate it states the stores that are ineligable for the rebate. Justdeals is not on their so they would have to honor the rebate.

Even through Amazon this is a very good deal. Normally on Amazon these speakers will go for around 90-100$. They don't have the sound quality of Klipsch, but the bass on the sub of this system if very powerful. However, i've heard that the sats lack good highs, and the bass can be a bit overwhelming.

I doubt the rebate will work on just deals because the ones there are refurbd and don't even come in the retail box. I suggest someone call up Logitech to check if the rebate will work on refurbd, which I doubt.

They're the best 2.1 system available imo. Basically, a slightly less powerful verstion of the (and missing 3 speakers and decoder) z-680's. This is a mad steal of a deal

Your link is to the refurbished model (970101-0403)
they have a new retail model also (970101-0403_NR)

This is a good deal even if you buy at amazon. Personally i dont know if id trust just deals. They have good ebay raitings, but theres a lot of bad stuff on the internet about them (refurbished items sent when new items were expected, restocking fees applied when RMAing non-working items, etc).

Is the rebate linked to the just deals site? Last I checked it wasn't even on the logitech site. Seems like a big rebate for such a small $$ item. If it's a mistake, at least you'd have recourse through amazon. Rebate is up at buy.com too, but no free shipping.

These rock as 2.1's because of the 120 watt sub and 40 watt sattelites. All RMS. The Z640's, which I have, are 5.1 but only 40 watt sub and 8 watt (i think) sattelites. These 2200's should blow the plaster off of your walls, if that's what you're in to.

There is a $20 rebateon the Z-3s as well, so they would be $20 after rebate at Amazon. Still, the satellites are only 8.5W each and the sub is 17W, for a 40W total RMS. The Z-2200s consist of two 40W sats and a 120W sub, as stated above.

Oh, and justdeals is out of stock. Post back on your experience if you got them there since this rebate still has 2 months to go and the next lowest price was Newegg for $40 more.
