Ordered mine on the 29th. I just hope I get them in time for Christmas. No word yet though. Hopefully they will really get a new shipment like everyone is saying!

I love Dell for letting us order out of stock items. Take advantage of great promos, don't pay until shipped, and can cancel anytime inbetween. They are very informative about estimated shipping date too. I had waited once on a all-in-one printer which they soon took off their web page after I placed the order. I was informed once every week or 2 until it shipped, 1 month later and still at an unbeatable price.

my roommate and i ordered the z560's and we just finished setting his up but we found that one of the speakers would not be as loud as the others and have some minor distortion, when the speakers were switched the speaker that was now hooked up to the same position would become quieter and have distortion and the speaker that was previously having trouble would be fine.. could this be due to the m3d? or is it definitely a problem with the subs connector?

Ordered 11/30 from DELL. Got confirmation yesterday. Telling me that they will ship 3/5/02. At least they'll send me a screw to put under the tree. Also in the confirmation email the price is $149.95, is that normal?

well, the subtotal in the email confirmation should be ~$150, but your total price should be ~110 (depending on what the extra thing you bought cost). under the subtotal, you should see about -$40 in discounts and of course, free shipping. if you don't see that, cancel your order and order again. did you remember to enter the coupon codes when ordering?

Well, I got two email confirmations: one for the Z560s - $149.95, and another for a screw - $0.04, not $0.05 like I originally paid. According to you people, I might be in trouble. DELL is catching up to our "tricks". BTW, I got the screw today. DELL sent it by Air UPS.(haha):

How is getting it air shipped for .04 delivered getting screwed? Mine has already shipped at that price also.

I take that back, my speakers shipped for 109.97 delivered. He did get screwed.

E got screwed because his total came out to only 149.99, a measely one cent off from getting the $40 rebate . I'm pretty sure he meant no pun intended. Dude, that seriously sux big nut bag. Andthat's just funny that it got shipped air! Hahaha

They did indeed separate it into two orders with two different order numbers.

1 order for $109.97 - Speakers
1 order for $0.05 - Refrubished Screw

Still havent recieved HOWEVER my dad told me that yesterday something was suppose to be delivered from Dell but they would not leave it because no one was at home. Now at first I thought is was just the lame screw, but why wouldn't they leave a .04 screw. I mean c'mon. It costs more in gas money to make the extra trip out to try and deliver the screw some other time. I am hoping it was the speakers. Guess we will find out today assuming the delivery people retry today.

I ordered one when the first deal was posted.....got the speakers couple days ago....speakers were defective.........on the phone with dell's CSR forever.....still have to call logitech tech support......exchange will take forever since they are oos at dell......that's all I have to say about these speakers.......
