Ordered 12/01/01 Shipped 12/07/01.. Not bad at all. This deal is SOO HOT. Cant wait til they come in, probably in another 4 or 5 days, but oh well.

staples, officemax, office depot; anytime i use there coupons and order that pen or paper clip, i always get a kick out of the huge box they use just for that one item.

'm guessing dell made 2 cents on your screws, minus $5 for shipping. They should just offer to pay you $2 not to buy it.

I have the same problem. I called UPS and they explained that the tracking number was just a reused number. The package from Dell has been billed into their system but, it has not yet been picked up. As soon as the package is picked up and the first scan is made it will override the old info and show cuurent tracking info.

Curse UPS! Not only did they deliver mine to the wrong address, they delivered it 9 months BEFORE Dell Shipped it (on Dec 7), so its too late to report the problem. And why does it usually arrive late when they get it to the right address but they can deliver it to the wrong address before it was even picked up?

Seriously, if they reuse the tracking numbers, they should be able to clear everything as soon as they reuse one. Its rediculous to show some events for the previous use mixed with events for the currrent use in the same status display.

well UPS said that if it says it's been delivered (like in march) that it's just a reused tracking number. she said that the products have no actually shipped yet, that Dell just gave them a tracking number but no package. she said mine should be delivered the 10th, but they dont even have the package so she isnt sure when it will actually arrive. hopefully dell is packing them to ship or something and actually has them in. she said when they actually ship the tracking information will be cleared for the last person and yours will be updated and correct.
