I first read about them in John C Dvorak's article in PCMag and he said something like "I have never written about any speakers in the last ten years but these are really good speakers and I am thinking buying one for my home." I have also seen him talk about things at TechTv, and he's barely ever satisfied with any product, if he likes these speakers they are gonna be pretty good I guess
Here is PCMag's review covering Monsoon MM2000 (best), Logitech z560 (2nd) and Klipsch Promedia 4.1. but said that there is little difference, and is only in the highs.

I am thinking of buying me this set when I get a good deal like there was one at Dell.com for $115, I am short on budget, and also have to upgrade my Processor/Mobo, perhaps I'd sacrifice my CPU upgrade for these speakers.
