Keep in mind you can't even get a nice subwoofer with 200watts for around this price, let alone 5 sat speakers, a really nice center console that has dd and dts decoding built in with digital inputs. This is a great set for a great price, super value. Hopefully everyones comments on the quality is true, if so this might be one of the best purchases in a long time considering everything you get.

Do yoursevles a favor guys and do what I did last week. PRICEMATCH!!!!

Staples right now has these to order from their catalog. You can't order online because they aren't listed on the website.

The item number is IM1570517

Call them up, say you want to pricematch to Amazon.com to their $209 with free shipping price. I did this last week. You might have to wait a few days though because they are going to tell you they need corporate approval. It WILL go through however.

The reason is because of the huge price difference. Staples charges $445 for this item. That's a difference of ~$236. Staples will take off $23 from your order but will add tax for your state though Even this by it self should save yourself another $10 or more.

Also, if you pick yourself up a catalog this month from staples you can do this for even more savings.

Tell them to add item number 577309-JQ

What this does is put a $25 check in your cart. This is a reward check. Staples doesn't have any coupons out so far this month so this is the best you can do.

Now you need that catalog you picked up because on the back of every catalog is a 16 digit code to make that check free!

This means you get sent a nice set of speakers cheap and a $25 check. After you cash the check the total should be $161.39 + tax.

Now if you have a 30 off 150 coupon that is still good you could use that instead of an extra 5 bucks in savings (this is what I used) but I think those are all gone right now.

I got mine for 180$ moving from a z5300 which I sold for cost... awesome decision. Make SURE you get an Audigy 2 zs when you buy this, you won't be sorry! The bass is a dream... if you live in a second or third foor apartment, RECONSIDER! 5 of my last 6 police encounters can be traced to these speakers!!!

Hello, tihis is a nice plan you have. I just tried to price match using staples online system where you speak with a live rep, and they did price match although they said there would still be a shipping charge. The shipping would be $30.92 and would ruin this deal from them. Although I guess you could still add the $25 gift which you mentioned(I don't even know where to get one of these catalogs with the code), although without a 30 off 150 coupon then it wouldn't make sense to do this. How'd you get them to price match and include free shipping?


Still even if you do it:

209 price match + 30 shipping - 25(catalog code) - 30 off 150 = $184

Not bad , but oh no.. sales tax! Add about $10 to that, takes the total to $194.

Looks like the best you can save is $20ish.

You can get an adapter that'll plug into your mini and then you can plug a regular optical into that adapter.
