had this keyboard mouse combo

well mouse broke...called logitech tech support. they said they will send me a replacement. replacement didnt arrive after waiting a month. called them up, they apologized and said they will ship it out next day

just got this in the mail....free!

i love logitech!!!

Cool. MS has done that for me many a time. It's not as easy as it originally was to get a replacement:

Me: My mouse is broken
Microsoft: What's your address?

2 days later new mouse.

Now you gotta call 2 or 3 different departments and give more info to get it.

yeah i got a keyboard replaced like that.

well logitech did have me give my part number and serial number for mouse, keyboard, and receiver.

so i guess it wasnt just call them up and they send me new mouse.

anyways...their customer support is top notch!. never getting anything besides logitech from now on (when it comes to stuff like keyboards, gamepads,etc)

no i call sending me a mx duo worth around 60-80 bucks in place of a keyboard/mouse combo thats 3 years old and worth nothing just to show that they are sorry, top notch customer service. im not gonna hold one mistake against them when they have more than made up for it
besides....my mouse that broke was over 2 years old...so logitech could easily have told me that since its no longer under warranty, they cant help me. but they didnt. thats what u call good customer service

WTF it wasn't that easy for me. I tried to replace the FF racing wheel. First of all, I can't find a number for it, I was all over MS website, they only have one where you have to pay for support. So I find this online support submission with the passport. The site says they don't offer support for US, so I chose taiwan, and it worked. This guy from taiwan gives me support, but he insists for me to send my wheel for them to test before they would do anything, which I'm not spending several hundred dollars to ship my wheel to taiwan.
What number did you call?

I want that keyboard but it is $40. This one will probably never break so I will never have an excuse to buy it.
