Looking for an office phone setup

I am getting annoyed at using my mobile phone for business calls. I am downstairs in my office and don't get a great signal. I have to run outside or upstairs to get just one bar. That is unacceptable when I have to look up something for a customer on the net. I've tried a passive signal amplifier but found it helps little to none. Active signal amps seem expensive (unless you know of a cheap one that I don't know of).

So now I am out to find a cheap phone service.
I was thinking of something like a Skype phone and getting Skype-In.

What would really be nice is if there was one that use my WiFi.

What do you guys use or suggest for office phone service and phones to use on that service?

what service do you have? tmo and vz sell mini-towers for $250-ish that will give u full signal in your home.

UMA Cell phone and plan may be better and cheaper in the long run.

I have Verizon. I do like the idea of the "femtocell" for VZ. I read some reviews that mainly attacked it for not supporting EVDO. I don't really need that as all I do is text and voice. It would at least keep me from having to print new business cards with my new Skype number on it. Then again, getting a Skype phone will offload my business calls to Skype instead of my mobile phone. Hopefully I will get busy enough to where I will NEED to do this instead of using my mobile phone.

Didn't really say if you could only allow your mobile phone(s) onto the VZ femtocell. Do you know?

With Skype-In and some credit. If that doesn't work well, I might look into a VZ Femtocell
