Pretty much. I do recommend shopping around and comparing specs though. Sometimes you'll find one that has a bit more ram, or more HDD space, or better bang for the buck, or whatever.
You won't better deal @ any other store than Newegg...
Enter your e-mail address on newegg site and you'll get e-mails on Tuesdays/Thursdays with deals they have on laptops...
Then, compare similar laptops on best buy and others...
My sister bought an HP from Best Buy for around $300, and it lasted a couple years.
I always honestly just recommend spending a little more and getting the entry-level Macbook Air. The quality and resale value are better than anything out there.
