I tried that site and couldn't find anything. Can't I use a LiteOn driver for the device? I vaguely remember something about the two (Cendyne/LiteOn) being the same.

What problem are you having. Is it not working in windows? Does the bios see it? In your device manager, is there any problems, like a yellow exclamation point on the ide controller?

I'll check the BIOS when I get home from work to see if that's the problem, however, the drive is listed as "ATAPI 48X32" in the Device Manager panel. The Device Manager doens't list any conflicts or have any alerts listed next to the device name.

The problem I'm having is that Nero won't list the drive as an option to use. I unistalled Nero and installed Roxio's software, but that wouldn't recognize the drive either. So, I'm back with a Nero install (version 5.7.2.2 I think, I'll have to double check when I get home) since I prefer using it over Roxio.

Exactly. If its not a retail copy of Nero (i.e. it came with an different CDRW drive) it wont work.

Agreed. Windows should have a "generic device" type driver which should work just fine. This, coming from someone who just installed a 52/24/52 - you shouldn't have to install drivers. Windows is good like that.

Yep, that was the problem. The version of Nero I was using didn't want to use my CDRW. I went with the current version and everything works fine now.

Thanks to everyone who posted.
