Looking for Co-Location/Dedicated Hosting Boston Area

I've been trying to find a affordable hosting solution in the Boston Area for CS:S and Ventrilo Servers. I'm not looking to resell, I'd be the end user of all servers. Everywhere I look, the prices have started ~$200, which isn't affordable at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy for them.

That's still a bit pricey. The problem I have is, while I'd like to just provide my own hardware and just buy bandwidth, it would be cheaper to rend a dedicated server than to go with all of these companies. And renting would save me the initial hardware cost.
