Hey guys I am getting into making Wraps for my Radio Control Car.. so I need some drawing tools and some ways to play with images.. I am told that CS1 would be a good cheap tool for me but I cannot seem to find it for sale any where. It was said to look around at Good will or library for used book sales but it is just not happening..
