Looking for Good/Cheap Newsgroup Service

I recently moved and am disappointed to find out that my new DSL provider doesn't provide Newsgroup access. Anyone know of a good pay newsgroup service. Something in the 1GB/day to 30GB/mon. range would be nice.

I use giganews.. its 13 bucks for 10 gigs, but I can pull 350K down on it and it has every file I need.

easynews.com can provide up to 18 gigs (if you know how it works) for 10 bucks. 25 day retention, and fast speeds, too.

Ive used easynews in the past, their retention and completeness are top notch. I had to drop them though, the 6gb weren't enough for my huge download needs.

After doing some checking of my own, I'm wondering how giganews & easynews compares to some of Newsgroup providers that limit downloads by the day, eg:
AthenaNews.com - $10/month for 2GB/day
Corenews.com - $10/month for 2GB/day
active-news.com - $11/month for 2GB/day

I also found these two below:
NNTPjunkie.com - $10/month for 30GB/month
usenetmonster.com - $10/month for 10GB/month


I'm just curious, as all of them seem to brag about long retention, fast downloads, concurrent connections, etc....
What's a good number for newsgroup size (eg. 100,000 newsgroups), retention, connections? I'm not exactly a newbie at using newsgroups, however, I've never had to think about these things before since my old ISP gave free newsgroup access & I juse used what they provided.

terranews is not too bad when I had cable (comcast only give 1 gig a month, which I used up in one day).

Now with Verizon DSL, my news access is unlimited.
