I'm looking for software to use at work to manage my task list. Its not critical to manage a bunch of lists...just a few. What's more important to me is for the list to be easy to manipulate. I'd like to be able to easily reorder the tasks by dragging/dropping. I'm aware that outlook has task lists but they're overly complicated. Plus I've got outlook open all the time for email. I want this list to be a separate window docked somewhere on one of my monitors.
As I've been looking online I do find that it would be nice if this list could be web based so that I could access it from my iPhone and iPad. I have found tooledo but it may be more complicated than I'm looking for. And it doesn't seem I can drag/drop to re-prioritize.
