Looking for help with Voodoo 3 3500 TV card

Hello all,
I was wondering if any1 can help me with this problem. I gave my old vid card to my buddy and he is having trouble with it. His monitor can only support 800x600 at 56 Hz refresh rate (Its an oooold monitor) and the Voodoo card will only support that 56 Hz at 640x480.
Is there any way I can get that card to perform at 800x600 at 56 Hz refresh rate.
Any suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance
His setup is Asus K7V with Athlon 850, 512 MB SDRAM and Win 2K with SP2

My 3500tv seems to work fine at that setting. try changing the drivers.
