I'd recommend Scythe Slipstream 800RPM fans. Scythe fans are good quality and at 800RPM, they won't make much noise. Rated for 40CFM and 10dBA, for what that's worth.
1450rpm and below GentleTyphoons are though. The 1850rpm Gentle Typhoons are not quiet. At all. They seem to push a decent amount of air though and have a somewhat tolerable "hum" sound.
I bought three after reading numerous suggestions for them on this and other forums and have been VERY disappointed with how far from silent they really are.
My old tri-cool Antec fans that came with my P180b were much quieter on "low" setting. If noise isn't a big issue, then I'd be willing to suggest them.
I have yet to see a 1800+rpm fan that is quiet from ANY manufacturer.
The Scythe Slipstream 800RPM fans come no where near 40 CFM at 10dBA. They do 24 CFM at 19dBA.
