Looking for text to speech program

Can anyone recommend a text to speech program. I have a vision problem and need it to read aloud long documents in word and off the web.

this is a little off topic to be posted here. But any ways, win2k has a liitle narrator thing. it isnt very powerful, but it might help a little. it reads names of stuff and certain types of text in some programs. hope this helps.

I work with adaptive technology for the disabled in a univerity setting.

Our clients all use JAWS from henter-joyce and www.hj.com.

They also have screen magnification software called Magic.

The kicker is that most software of this nature is REAL picky about what video card you have and what version of the driver you are using.
