I think it's worth pointing out that the 2 numbers could be in different area-codes. I think that feature costs ~$5 extra PER MONTH w/vonage, but is INCLUDED "FREE" with sunrocket.Originally posted by: astrosfan90
Definetly check out SunRocket. I signed up a few weeks ago and am happy as punch with it. Great quality, service is excellent, and I haven't had any problems as of yet. From what I could tell from my research, SunRocket is better in terms of price, quality, and service than any of the alternatives. The yearly deal is about $200 (for the entire year, includes $3/month allowance for international calls, two phones and two numbers), and well worth it.

I love Vonage (sarcasm). I file a tech support request and they respond 3 months later. When I call them up, they only take an hour to answer, isn't that great! I even get other people's voice mail sometimes. Makes life interesting to figure out if a message is from someone I know or not.
I have just been too busy to switch yet and mostly use my cell phone.
Do I need those 2 phones or can I use my existing (2.4 & 5.8 GHz + one 900Mhz too) cordless phones? TIA from a VoIP noob :thumbsup:Originally posted by: astrosfan90

Nope. They are just freebie Uniden 2.4ghz phones to entice new customers (in retail box, msrp $120 ($60 street price)). You could ebay them, give it away as a gift, etc. Nothing different/special about those particular phones (cordless phone w/base + extra handset w/cradle charger model DCT646-2)Originally posted by: AMEXplat
