So the time has come to retire my iPhone 4 and I am looking for advice for what new Android handset to buy.
My limit is £200, perhaps £300 if the phone seems worth the extra. I am planning to buy in a week or two.
There are two phones I have my eye on at the moment and they are -

I am leaning toward the XA1 even though it has a lesser spec than the Motorola. This is mainly due to having had terrible experience in the past with a Motorola Milestone. The handset doesn't have to be from Amazon but I would like to buy from a UK website/store in case I have to use the warranty. Also a 5 inch screen would be preferable.
So what do you think? Any and all advice is welcome.

Looks like Sony announced the replacement of the XA1 at CES,. The creatively named XA2. Looks like it'll cost ~£300 - https://www.clove.co.uk/sony-xperia-xa2 . This is now the front runner.
