I am currently 6' tall, and weigh appx. 175 pounds, and am 17 years old. I do not eat that great. I rarely eat fast food, but I eat out a lot with my friends, but will rarely eat poorly at home. My typical meal consists of some from of chicken dish with a vegetable, but can consist of a chicken burrito, some form of frozen pizza, frozen indian food (god that stuff is good), or random frozen stuff from Trader Joes.
I am trying to get a more toned look to my body. I do not necessarily want bulging muscles, just a nice muscle look in shirts (or without of course). I currently do not do any gym exercise, but go on walks everyday to and from work (about a 10 min. walk each way). I am looking to get a gym membership at 24 hour fitness shortly.
If I get a gym membership, what do you suggest I work on/what machine? Any suggestions?
Any good recipies for things I should eat?
Any good supplements to put in a shake or something? Is muscle milk any good?
I do not want any supplements that could be harmful, so keep those out of the picture please, and nothing over the top.
