Heh. I'm confident that Individual_1 (remember that guy?) will be indicted in the SDNY over the pornstar payoffs. He's only avoided it so far by dint of being President in the meanwhile. If he wants to avoid arraignment, bond, giving up his passport & a gag order the only way to do that is to escape US jurisdiction. That's the real choice. I figure he'll be golfing in far away lands, posting on Parler & raging about deep state persecution rather soon. No bully pulpit. No Power. No rallies. Not a whole lot of people paying attention other than his most ardent devotees. Nobody here will, other than to express some schadenfreude.
