1) Walt
2) how the plane crashed

yes, it appears henry is in charge, but when he was captured, he said there was someone greater than he...who's he talking about? desmond's gf's father? or was he just playing them...he is the leader of the others.

I too thought that the people on the boat were in a prostrate position like jackco, but I think they were just covering their heads like everyone else due to the sound...otherwise, I think they're okay.

WOW, Lots of questions.

What was that bright light when the key was turned. My first though was that it was a huge nuke to stabilize the magnetism and destroy the island.
Since Charlie survived it can't be that big, but it did send the hatch flying really really high.

I think the guys on the plane were looking for the boat. Maybe it had a locator beacon. But with the islands elector-magnetic interference no signals got through, but now the island is visible from outside and they found the boat. Maybe it was the magnetic instability, but then they knew exactly where to look and the signal should have died with the turning of the key.

They never did explain exactly what is so great about Walt and him appearing in different places or what the others are or who is the great "he" (Henry?).

Also Sayid is still out there and so is the boat.
