Here's a brief recap for people who don't know what's going on:

Kelvin was an american soldier in Iraq. We met him then. He is not Zek/Mr. Happy (the bearded guy)
Libby was in the asylum with Hurley
Libby gave the boat to Desmond pretty easily, and her story was very convenient. I believe she is an Other.


Twins seem to have a big role in this show. What if all of these characters that we see appearing in 2 places are actually twins? The Others always talk about the "good ones" and the "bad ones". There is a novel tied to Lost called "The Bad Twin". What if all of these people are twins, some good and some bad?

I'll be wrong on 90% of them anyways. I'll just wait for season 3.

Well, he definitely entered the code.

The lockdown started way before the timer ran out. Was Henry in the other room by teh computer alone? Maybe he caused the blast doors to come down.

I am convinced that Henry is the leader of "the otehrs". And he obviously isn't on the island by coincidence. Maybe he knows other codes ....

I thought he was at first... but it looked like Desmond did kill Kelvin, and I checked episode 14 quick and it was the army guy. As far as the weight difference, he could've been wearing some costume.

Well the magnetism might explain why Desmond was unable to escape the island on the boat. His compass would be all screwed to hell.

Nope. Desmond wasn't married and Libby's husband's name was David, not Charles.

Not necessarily. They may have shot those scenes but won't show them til next year.
Or they may have shot alternate endings to confuse event the actors and crew so they couldn't give away every last detail.

The thing about the building magnetic charge is just that...it is not a constant force. They have to discharge is every 108 minutes, but doesn't that imply that immediately after discharging, compasses and whatnot would work correctly for at least a short while?

And for a man that sailed on his own for a long time, Desmond surely would have noticed the lack of change in the compass...he wouldn't have gone a week (or two to reach the island again) without thinking that something was wrong. But assuming that the island is still part of the real world (due to the revelation in the last 2 minutes), nothing else really makes sense...

Maybe that bearing 325 or something that Micheal is suppost to follow leads through a narrow door or passage to escape the bubble or snowglobe as Desmond described it. Interesting, Walt had more power than the other bargained for.

Yeah and it is WIDMORE. Charles Widmore is one of the main characters in the book and, in the book, it is revealed that the Widmores are one of the major funders of the Hanso Foundation. According to the Gary Troup interviews on Amazon.com and Borders.com he was very paranoid about this fact. I think that Pen (somehow related to Charles Widmore) was hidden from Desmond by Widmore via the Hanso Foundation. She probably found out what Charles was up to and discovered that the island was hidden by an magnet or a magnet was the way to find out where this island was located and was using it to find Desmond.
