I used to weight around 230. I'm now around 198lb. I'm a 6' 2" male. I started since Jan, Did a combonation of treadmill, and weightlifting. I dropped several pant sizes. I also notice other parts of my body (arms, face, neck, buttocks, legs, thighs have srunk). but My tummy still remains. When I look down I see the same bulging tummy. However, clothing fits losser and belt is at it's last hole (need to make another hole.
My question is are there any specific exersies that work on tummy fat. Or should I just continue what I'm doing?
