1. Juliet is smoking hot. One of those people that isn't SUPER hot but just hot enough and just enough charisma that you really like her

2. Is Juliet playing Ben and siding with the survivors or is she still loyal to Ben and the others? In her flashbacks she didn't seem to pleased with Ben which makes it seem as though she would be willing to turn on Ben. Perhaps she really doesn't care about Jack or care about anyone, she's only out for herself to get off the island? I'm hoping she ends up being good.

3. Great episode, probably one of the best of the season.

4. Is Sawyer going to turn into a$$hole Sawyer now that all the other male leaders are back? I think he liked his new role as the leader.

Well she is hot.. but not that hot.. I saw the official/unreleased version of the tv show. It shows Juliet offering her body to Ben to get off the island (there's a second sub). However, because Ben controlled himself and didn't get off, Juliet was not allowed to leave.

The episode was pretty explicit.. It shown not only the backside of Juliet, but her actually giving head to Ben...artist integrity or something..

Yea, Juliet.. she'll do anything and anyone to leave... Some of the less explicit stuff will be shown in flash back in future episodes...

Just some crazy ideas about the cancer thingy.

Could it be that island only provides some powerful health benefits (perhaps even stopping the aging process?) for those that are born elsewhere, then come to the island?

If so, once there it would NOT be a good idea if the people could give birth. You'd overrun the place (unless no giving birth, or being born didn't protect you).

If the island was some kind of "pergatory", allowing people there to give bith wouldn't make much sense either.

Perhaps the smoke thing is what takes you away from pergatory when your time is up, like Echo.

Purgatory was an idea that crossed my mind at one point, also the Garden of Eden as well.
