jacob could be the overseer
locke, walt, richard, desmond?, ben? are all attuned to it somehow? would be very cool if some of our previous flashbacks were actually flashfowards and at then end everything falls into place...

I'm glad I am not alone on my view, but I kinda regret originally stating what I did. I love Lost. I don't know why I would want to post during hte show. But to each there own. I shut down for 2 hours and it was great.

Well, that was a really good finale! But, whose boat is it... why did naomi have a pic of desmond... wtf is going on... the usual questions.

The "flash-forwards", I thought that Jack was referring to his dad because he was so upset and hopped up. Plus, I'm not sure if this is really the future, or if it is just jack's imagination and his fears about life after the island. I was surprised that they would tell us that Jack and Kate definitely get off the island. So now there would not be any more tension when jack or kate is in danger. Seems like a strange thing to do.

Also, I noticed that phone, too, and I thought that it hasn't been out long enough. But, I figured at the time that it was just really pushy product placement. Glad I wasn't reading this thread, people posting spoilers and hints is not very cool.

Did anyone else think that ending was really disappointing? Maybe it was just because I'd read the spoiler posted earlier. The show was awesome up until the end. Didn't feel like much of a cliffhanger...

Did anyone else think that Charlie dying was retarded? There was no reason for him to die. It would have taken like 20 minutes for that entire station to flood. Both he and Desmond could simply have jumped into the water and swam UP to the surface; he had already punched in the code and things were peachy. There's a big, glaring hole in the logic of why he died.

I wonder if Patchy is really dead, even with the grenade blast...

again, I propose that Jacob is in fact Christian, Jack's dad.....another explaination how Jack is able to say go upstairs and see that his dad is more drunk than he is....

the box that ben claimed will bring anything you desire to you might actually be true...

either that or just look at everything with the matrix view and crystal

I must say, I've been reading Lost threads all over the web and I see so many people loving the violence and saying that Lost is re-officially the greatest show ever.
But I still see so many questions being raised. Were any questions really answered? Maybe the producers are just throwing a fantastic battle at the show to gloss over so many of the unanswered questions. I think after a week or two people will have a different opinion about the finale.

again, it's not if they could get out..yes they could..

it's desmond telling charlie that he must die in order to save the girl and her baby...so he had no choice but to sacrifice himself....he loved her that much....

patchy is not dead...the island will bring him back.

What if Walt was in the coffin? If you noticed, he pulled up to a group of black men and found a smallish coffin in a funeral home run by a black man. Are they trying to imply Walt died?

why does it have to be black people?

what if it was one of the losties that got back like jack and kate...this person decides to take revenge on Ben and cut him up into pieces..that's why it's small

or it could be claire's baby with special powers...the ability to take jack back to the island? I seem to recall from the screenshot of the paper that there's a number 4 on there. maybe it reported a 4 year old died...that could be claire's baby 4 years later?
