for you guys who haven't watched the last season of BSG, i have a spoiler for you:

it's complete and utter unadulterated crap. shoving food up your ass and trying to crap out your mouth would be a more constructive use of time.

that said, i wish i could get excited for lost, but i can't even hardly remember what the show is about since the last season ended in like 1996.
