This is normal for best buy. They always give you their lowest price for preorders.

The title of this thread is misleading, the digital coupon can only be used for future DVDs which means.. the DVD itself will cost the full price.. plus u have to buy another DVD to take advantage of the coupon.. so in fact for some people it might not be a good deal.

BTW it was 15.99 before.. it said 19.99 but when u put it in ur cart it becomes 15.99... did it change?

I should have known better than to go for a deal with best buy. Trouble as usual.
I have not recievd the DVD or the $10 coupon. I submitted a complaint yesterday about this and got the auto reply stating that someone will contact me within 24-48 hours. It hasn't been 48 hours yet, but none the less, I'm ticked off at them.
This is a $16 order, why do I have to go through the trouble of complaining to get what they advertised and took my money for?

At this point, if it ever does show up, I'll probably just return it to the store and get a refund.

followup to my previous note:

I got another email from bestbuy in reponse to my complaint. Took more than the 24-48 hours they stated btw...
It basically says I should keep checking my email for the coupon. No mention about wher the DVD is.
To top it off, the email has spam on it saying "if you liked this order... try ...." with links to buy more from them.

Yeah, I'll jump right on that......

So, I still have no DVD, no idea where it is, and no coupon, which as I pointed out to them expires soon.

I expected that they would have called me on the phone to discuss this, and I also expected they would have sent me the coupon and /or some other coupon to make amends.

I know, this should probably go in the brag and moan note...

I ordered mine last Saturday and I have no DVD or coupon. I will be mad if I do not get this deal since I could have gotten it in store for $15.99 and had the coupon for $10 off the 4 disc set.

When ever I have preordered from anybody else I have gotten it on the release data, this has never been the fact with BB if it was not for the $10 coupons I would never preorder from BB.

Are you sure you ordered on the 4th? I ordered mine on the 4th also and I later realized the cut-off date for the coupon was 8/3. If you're not mistaken then it might be worth it for me to send them an e-mail. Anyone else in a similar situation?
