followup to my previous note:
I got another email from bestbuy in reponse to my complaint. Took more than the 24-48 hours they stated btw...
It basically says I should keep checking my email for the coupon. No mention about wher the DVD is.
To top it off, the email has spam on it saying "if you liked this order... try ...." with links to buy more from them.
Yeah, I'll jump right on that......
So, I still have no DVD, no idea where it is, and no coupon, which as I pointed out to them expires soon.
I expected that they would have called me on the phone to discuss this, and I also expected they would have sent me the coupon and /or some other coupon to make amends.
I know, this should probably go in the brag and moan note...
