In the scene before Aragorn leaves the Rohan camp and he's looking at Eowyn, I wanted to yell out "HIT IT."

The last few mins confused me. It was almost like they ended the movie, but had to throw in some extra stuff to alude to future hobbit-based films.
....
A lot of my rating of the 3rd movie is based on the fact that there was completion, but again...there was confusion in the end if you ask me.

I was disappointed in the scene where Gandalf rode out from Minas Tirith to save the horsemen from the Nazgul. From the trailer it looked like an awesome scene. I was pissed that all he did was shine his staff-flashlight on them and the Nazgul flew away.

the ending had to be done that way, as if it wasnt, then it wouldnt be true to the book.
and they did show grimli going to the undying lands.
battle scenes were awesome.

I think it was either because he was technically undead at the time, or maybe because the ring had forever tainted him, but basically, he could no longer be with the normal people.
