Do they still have the "Limited Edition" DVDs that came out awhile ago?

This appears to be the standard movies, not extended, as people have mentioned. It looks to be the editions they released in September as limited editions. The thing I don't like about those, because I was going to buy them, was the fact they dropped the DTS track. So, these are only Dolby Digital......

Still a great deal if you don't care about the audio and just want the movies!

I think these are the original theatrical releases (with Dolby 5.1)that came out right after the movie (followed later by the extended editions with DTS-EX 6.1).

The Limited editions that you are refering to http://www.amazon.com/Rings-Trilogy-The...sr_2/002-4447954-6943250?ie=UTF8&s=dvd have both the theatrical and extended versions via branching, but you are correct that they did drop the DTS track.

I emailed them and they state that it is out of stock and they have no firm shipping date. They will inform me in the future when they finally ship it. If you go to the website it shows as being in stock as far as a week ago. They are pulling my leg...

FYE totally sucks. Same story here. Interesting how a price mistake took over 2 weeks to be discovered.

Got the same email, although there are some at FW that claimed they received their orders.

Resellerratings seems to indicate this is a common tactic with them.

Yep, screwed by FYE. This blows and unless something changes, I won't be ordering from them again. They had plenty of time to catch the "Price Error" before waiting so long and then doing it. Does anyone have the CEO of the company's e-mail address?

I purchased on the 3rd, received shipping notice on the 4th (although shipping number was a simple link to the USPS website). I never received the package and just recently filed a missing shipment with FYE. I have absolutely no faith that I will get my shipment nor do I believe for one second that FYE even shipped my order.

FYE sucks, always has... always will. I have placed 4 orders with them and only received 2, 1 order cancelled and now I believe this order will be cancelled as well. So, 50% success rate for ordering simple DVD orders is not an acceptable track record for FYE. People complain that rebates suck, well I've got 100% success rate with rebates, even if it does sometimes require 'extra credit work'.

Oh well, live and learn, no more FYE for me. Here's hoping to see them grounded on the rocks soon...

Not even a full point!!!!! They have been slammed with similar complaints on other deals in the resellerratings.com thread.
