This thread is hysterical.

The 'treat em mean, keep em keen' adage is a false one.

women want different things after they're done partying it up. I can expect older/more mature women to want a stable guy instead of the wild boyz.

Nah.. we still want wildboys... but it kinda goes like this...

men want a cook in the kitchen, a lady in the living room and a wh*re in the bedroom....

women want the same type of thing in a guy, but once we get older, we realize that it just wont happen.

describe exactly what women want in a guy pls.

I cannot speak for all women... But just from being older, and purely from observations... what I meant by the above was that ... just as men want women to be all things, to be perfect...women would like the same in men. Fun and spontaneous, but reliable... romantic and flirtatious, but faithful... financial security, but have loads of time to spend with them....

Not those exact things... but it is just a point I am trying to make, and I apologize if it seem like a general blanket statement... But once a woman gets a bit older, we realize that with the excitement and fun of a wildboy, comes a bunch of drama that we dont find worth it.

I enjoy cooking, I'll do a lot of things in the bedroom (and elsewhere), but I'm just not into the whole cross-dressing thing. Guess that's my problem.

All I know is my girlfriend is my best friend and everything I ever wanted and more and she feels the same about me so I feel very fortunate that we found each other.

I have friends that are just as happy and have fun being single so it all comes down to knowing yourself and what you like. To each their own I say as long as their not hurting anyone.

bad boys are overrated. sure, they are exciting, but in the end they are all about themselves and really that is all they care about.

so in short, bad boys can go fvck themselves. that is how my book reads after a few chapters with bad boys in them.

are you expressing displeasure over my threads?

are you saying I am losing my touch?

Ditto everything he said! It is true that girls like to be kept on their toes...at least I have noticed. I told my GF to expect a big gift this spring and that is all she can talk about. She's hassling me to try and get some idea as to what it might be!

She was the same way under the Christmas tree this year, guessing, prodding, and shaking the boxes marked with her name. It was *SO* cute! ^_^ Should have snapped a few pics...

I have a new formula for women that has been recommended to me by a married friend, and that I've been testing. Here it is... be friendly, open, and honest, but don't show too much interest. For instance, if you are at a bar or club and you are talking to a girl, let her introduce herself to you. Now, typically girls don't like doing this, but if they are interested enough, they will, and it will pay off down the line.

Let them approach you, let them make the first move. You should always show interest, but never desperation.

New Year's Eve totally ruled.

Ok kid, get a life. In the real life, most of the women prefer a guy who can be real bad but choose not to be.

(yes, I know, I'm bored)

Funny you should say this.

My gf also likes the bad boy look though. She doesn't actually like a bad boy guy acting and such. But she likes the bad boy look though

women date the bad boys.

they marry the good ones.

and I don't care what anybody says - treat a woman like you could care less about her and she will be all over you.

I read an article that was based on observations in nature. In a nutshell, it said that bad boys tend to have higher grade genes (in terms of looks and health) and therefore are more appealing to women (who have to make a decision about the father of their offspring) but will be terrible fathers. The nice/stable guy will be a good father but does not have the genetic appeal of a bad boy. So, in a perfect world, women would love to have the bad boys father their children and then team with a nice/stable mate to raise them.

Kind of messed up but made sense to me.

So you were attracted to bad boys then. The statement still holds.
You want a hot young chick? Be a bad boy.

I think no matter what....the ladies will always be attracted to the bad boys...

whether or not they choose to act upon that attraction is what makes the difference
