Live in a three decker and six people live in the house and all have cars. The houses in the area have no driveways and the house is only two car lengths wide. Where does everyone park?

There are condos here, but I just wouldn't live in them. But then again they have dedicated parking either garages (attached or detached) or assigned parking spaces (covered and non covered).
Why buy a house that has no dedicated parking?

In some backasswards place where the roads are not large enough to have people park on both sides, I simply wouldn't buy a house there.

Good luck with that. Luckily the subdivision I live in, everyone has driveways and garages so I don't have to deal with it. However, a lot of other areas around here don't and everyone I know that lives in those areas has problems with neighbors parking in front of their place. One friend always has a guy from the other side of the street parking in front of his house because apparently he has to go that direction in the morning for work and can't be bothered to do a U-turn (it's a smallish town and the road isn't that busy) or go around the block (he lives right on the corner.)
If you can't afford a place which allows you to park your cars in a garage and you're done with college, something is wrong. If you have to trade things like a garage and places to park and having a building just to yourself just so you can live in a particular city, perhaps you should live in a different city.
