I've been having problems lately -- first, I thought my graphics card had died (it would display colored vertical lines when I tried to play a game or watch a video -- and later, randomly for no apparent reason). So I replaced it with a new Radeon 8500 (clean install on a reformatted system, Windows 2000 sp 2). Then, everything was fine. Now, during this past week, I've been having the same troubles again (vertical lines at random, forcing me to hard reset the system). I've always known I had a low +5V rail (because of the EPoX 8KHA not getting along well with Enermax power supplies -- mine being of the 350W variety). It usually ran at about 4.7V -- but now, it's always around 4.5V to 4.6V. Could this cause problems like I'm experiencing? I'm not overclocking my video card at all, and currently have my cpu running at stock speeds as well. Any insight concerning my predicament would be most appreciated.
