The 5C getting QA'd:

1. Seems a bit disorganized.
2. The red is just a transparent protective sticker, or is a colour test or something?

I guess the disorganisation would be to get them completed as soon as possible? If you spend time organising them, that's time wasted?

The photo was taken by a Chinese source, which would lead me to believe that it's in China... probably at the factory. Why would a Chinese factory (or really any factory) worry so much about lining 'em up? Maybe if it was Apple testing them....

It would make sense that they would have some sort of special rack or something for them, don't you think?

They could have a rack with each spot having its own cable. They'd spend more time hunting down a free cable to plug into the phone.

The screen in the current iPod Touch isn't too shabby, no complaints.

I just had a look at the old iPod touch MC540. That one is the same gen as the iPhone 4, but the screen is noticeably worse. Not a huge surprise though, since that iPod touch MC540 has a non-IPS display, whereas the iPhone 4 is IPS. The 5th generation iPod touch also has an IPS display, which would be a huge improvement over the previous iPod touch.

The 5th gen doesn't have an ambient light sensor though, which would be a big annoyance I think.

P.S. The iPhone 5C pix look very similar to the 5th gen iPod touch design.

I had a look at the latest iPod touch, and the screen is good nice. The 5C has got to get the same screen. One can only hope it will also get an ambient light sensor though.
