Bought FU last time it was on dirt cheap sale after debating which system to get it on. Other than some controller/point-of-view issues. For pc vice console on some of the boss fighting scenes it's a decent title. Another small note; for some reason the game requires you to load all languages for the audio/video stuff making it a much larger d/l&install than it needs to be.

Kind of unrelated... it looks like Sega just unleashed a bukkake of old games on Steam! Sonic Spinball, woo!

I posted that away from my PC, but now that I'm on it... Under Star Wars: The Force Unleashed's properties window... it lists the Disk usage as 25400 Mb.

EDIT:

Better yet... Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine! http://store.steampowered.com/app/34286/

Man, I loved givin' my opponent a "Whoopie!" followed by a "Yeehaw!"

I bought Force Unleashed Sith Edition game during the New Years sale and it's really not that good at all. It's clunky, and super repetitive.

I've heard so many gripes about the game from recent threads that I'm not even going to bother with this one anymore.

Thanks AT for saving me $8.

I wonder if KoToR will be on there. Anyone know if the Steam version is more reliable than the regular version on Windows 7? It might be worth getting just for that reason if it is.

KOTOR is only $10, I bought it today because I know I'll forget to check back for the sale. I also picked up Beyond Good & Evil and the Cyan Complete Pack.

Yeah, which is sad. The premise sounds like it should be a ton of fun. I had a good time w/the jedi academy series, and running around as an evil dude cutting people apart, tossing them off cliffs, etc just has that 'oooooooooo exciting' appeal.

And esp at nearly 30gb I'm not going to touch this monster.

omg I had so many of these as a kid.

This game Bonanza Bros was hard to find in stores. My friend got his copy from a pawn shop.

This is what PC gaming is all about. Bring back the classics so we can play them forever. The Sega collections they have are so damn good.

So I suppose it'll just be Force Unleashed, then KOTOR, and for the last three days we'll have some Jedi Knight games, Empire at War, and maybe Battlefront or Republic Commando.

This shit has been on sale so many times; I mean I'm not complaining but I really wish they'd re-release X-Wing/TIE Fighter. From what I understand, it's not easy getting them to run or even install on newer systems.

Or, you know, coming up with a new Star Wars game that doesn't suck. Why waste time on a sequel to the mediocre Force Unleashed?

Thinking of getting kotor as it's only two-fity which makes it ok for a steam purchase.

I still don't understand why they make the Force unleashed. It does the all powerful jedi thing far worse than the old jedi knight games, and it makes a mockery of the star wars storyline.

They need to make something from the New Jedi Order of the extended universe. Would make for a great video game. Or like I keep saying, just give Tie Fighter/Xwing games a facelift and reap profits.

Kotor was/is a great game.

I really wish they'd rework and re-release the XWing and TIE Fighter games. I'd definitely buy them.
