So I bought my wife some new luggage for Christmas. We flew to Utah a week ago and when she got her new Samsonite Luggage back from the baggage claim, the feet on the bottom have both cracked and one of them is missing. (the second is barely hanging on)
We talked to American Airlines and they stated that they aren't responsible for wheels or feet or handles. I've contacted Samsonite, but they have not replied via Email yet. A call to them stated that I could contact a repair center, but that's 100 miles away.
I'll fix the stupid thing myself if I can find some parts. Anyone know where I can get the plastic feet they put on rollers from a place that makes good ones? The replacements from Samsonite will likely be crap. I'm thinking some nice sharp stainless steel ones.
