i think these only have 1 year warranty
personally i'd get SATA II w/ NCQ drive.

Oooh, two questions -

is SATA II backwards compatible? I know there is also some weirdness involving SATA II and... drat, can't think of it, but basically the official successor to SATA, and the unofficial one... can anyone clarify?

Oh, and one more - approximately what are the gains between 2, 8 and 16mb cache?
