I've ridden sportbikes and I don't find them to be particularly comfortable. Can't imagine the BMW is much different. They are great fun to ride though.

Know a guy with a lotus elise and he does not brag about the comfort. In fact he said its the most uncomfortable bitch to spend any long periods of time in. He brought it on our last car cruise and looking inside I can see that. It also handles like its on rails though so you pick your battles. His wife is so great for letting him go nuts with the man toys. They've got a BMW 1 series and now that car.

Oh wow... That is my unedited original first post of the three. Too bad he didn't quote the other 2, although I'm not surprised as he couldn't have much to say in regards to being called out for what he's doing here in ATG.
Now, as to how he got ahold of my unedited post.. The most likely answer is he's the famed anandtech DB admin.

No, indeed most that crap on these posts CANNOT afford a $40k car new, yet alone "used".
