Too bad my block is on lockdown by the 5-0. Apparently there was a break-in a few blocks away and the guy ran(I live in the most affluent neighborhood in the city), there were litterally 10 cop cars with their lights on at every intersection around my house and just now I saw two cops walking in front of my house with a dog. :Q
This might be a good night to refrain, to say the least.

I don't mind OS X, but i strongly dislike Apple, & the extreme Mac fanbois annoy the f*ck outta me, since they tend to be completely religiously in love with their white machines to the point where they try to push their bullsh!t on everyone.

There are great features with Macs & PCs; benefits to each.

To say one or the other is better would be somewhat ignorant.

But Apple is ignorant, as are their commercials

So it's nice to see some role reversal!

They were well-done and occassionally funny, but it's kind of funny that the Mac ads focus on how Macs are better than PCs, and those ads don't even attempt to imply PCs are better than Macs... they just say wealthier/more important people use PCs.

PCs dont need to advertise why they are better because they own market. Exactly how many PC vs Mac commericals do you see? None. Why? Because Dell, HP, etc are all more concerned about eachother because of one reason. And thats just exactly how many Fortune 500 companies use Macs?

Apple markets hipness that is all. PCs dont need hipness to sell. The parodies are really spot on.

Yeah, real nuts. I'm just getting some food from my fridge and notice strobe lights outside and the self preservation part of my mind(copdar) focusus my attention on strobes instantly. I look out the window and see a cop car with it's lights on 100 yards away, another 300 yards away, another accross the park and a few more in various places. I go up to closest car and ask what the deal is and they say that everything is fine.
About an hour later all the cars have left but I was looking out the window and I see an SUV stop to talk to two guys walking a shephard, I walk outside and yell "hey officers" thinking that they might be some people just walking a dog, they respond and as I walk towards them I see POLICE written clearly on their vests. I ask what the deal is and they said someone broke in to a house a few blocks up and the guy ran.
