Macbook pro 15(2013) vs surface laptop

Hello, what do you think is better choice for my use (general use, rating photos before editing and photo editing in photoshop and capture one): New Microsoft Surface Laptop i5 8250U, 8Gb Ram, 128Gb SSD 12 month warranty or almost new MacBook Pro Retina 15 (2013) - Intel Core i7 2.7 GHz 3720QM, 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3, 256GB SSD, 2x: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024MB + Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536MB . MacBook has only 15 cycles and 12 month warranty from the shop I would buy it from. I am photographer and I use desktop PC as main machine, where i would do 99% of photo editing. Price of both MacBook and Surface Laptop is around 880 dollars in my country. I do care for color accurate display. Thank you

Mac
Pros:
Color calibrated display straight from the factory
Double the storage space
Double the RAM
Better GPU

Cons: Older CPU (but that won't slow you down too much since it's also a quad core)
Bootcamp can be troublesome

Surface
Pros:
Newer system
Windows (which you're apparently more comfortable with)
Touch screen with Surface Pen support

Cons:
Less RAM
Less storage
Worse GPU
Absolutely ZERO repair or upgrade options (The MacBook Pro's SSD and battery are at least accessible and removable if you wanted to replace either of them)
Alcantara palmrest may get super gross over time if you're the type to rest your palms on the palmrests.
