Not trying to crap on this deal since there appear to be some genuine bargains. But wasn't it Macy's (or maybe their parent company Federated) who got in trouble with the FTC for their dubious practice of super-inflated "original" prices at which not a single item was ever sold, followed by "30-50% markdowns" which would bring the prices of said items more in line with what similar items would normally sell for elsewhere?
