Ted, Cutler and Joan outvote Roger, Don, and Pete. So it seems Ted and Cutler have more voting power than anyone else.
I thought they said they needed Harry's vote for Cutlers side to win?

I don't recall them saying that. Besides I don't think Harry would vote to kick out Don.
I can't believe I waited until this year to watch the show. Its so damned good! I'll have to spend the next year catching up on the previous seasons before those final 7 episodes.
then i get back from vacation, catch up on episode 5 and 6, and he goes out there and they get their 3some on with the friend, and they seemed fine.
then in episode 7 he calls her to tell her what is going on and the truth about his job, and she breaks it off with him?
i just don't get it or am i missing something?

Sunday @ 9 it's finally back! The TV ads for it are ramping up like crazy too.
I was super tired last night when I watched Mad Men, so that probably influenced my perception of the show...
I think I'm very nearly done with Mad Men.
I've always loved this show. I've had discussions where I've actually said that I like Mad Men better than Breaking Bad - I could give no higher praise. But last night's episode hammered home to me that MM's plots are becoming cyclic and redundant. I've seen the events of last night's episode a dozen times in other episodes. Don throws away the old girl, gets a new girl, continues his wretched existence, wash, rinse, repeat. Throw in a little comic relief from Roger, Peggy, and the usual gang. End the episode on a somber note of dispair. Its all getting a little tedious.
I wonder what the season finale will be..
will anyone jump to their death like the opening scene of the show? will it be Don?
Maybe the Army shows up to arrest Don and he jumps out the window?
