What? If someone won't stop ringing his doorbell when he doesn't want them to, it's his responsibility to BUY AND INSTALL A SPECIAL LOCKOUT SWITCH? So if their dog craps in his yard, it's his fault for not putting up a fence?

Yep. IF you dont want people knocking on your door or ringing the bell, fence your yard and turn off the bell. Yelling and screaming at people won't do anything but make you look like a complete tard.

When I dont want to bothered with Halloween kids, I disable the doorbell. It takes 15 seconds.

If a dog craps in your yard, and you dont want that to occur, get a fence. You can't just go yelling at every dog, they have about the same intelligence as a 7 year old.

One one hand, I could get some ear plugs and fix the problem. Nah, fuck that. I'll just snap on this little girl instead because I'm trying to sleep at 5pm.

Do you realize how stupid you sound? You couldn't think of any other way to handle the situation?

He has to sleep with ear plugs in his own house because the neighbor kid won't stop trespassing?

Welcome to HOA living, where they make you feel that everything is your fault.

Glad some of us still live in the free world, where people take responsibility for themselves.

Trespassing? LOL. GTFO.

And yes, if you want to sleep during the day, you better put up shades, get some ear plugs and man up about it.

What next, you're gonna go outside and yell at the sun for shining and waking you up?

How bout this, put a SIGN UP on the door (over the DOORBELL even better) that says "Please do not ring the doorbell between 4-7pm unless its an emergency"......

I know its hard.

Keeping *everyone* from using the bell? Yelling at dogs? Yelling at the sun? Halloween? None of that has anything to do with this. You're just making up stuff to get mad about.

It's simple. Everyone shouldn't have to change, to accomidate him. If you dont want people bugging you during the day, put a sign and disable the bell if its super SERIOUS. Hell, install the doorbell at 5 feet tall so she can't push the button.

Maybe a moat and alligators as well.......although she might navigate that well if she's played Frogger.

ok, she's here now playing in the yard with the kids. she didnt even look at me. yeah, betta recognize foo! life's already complicated with kids. sometimes i think her folks just want her away so they send her here. this aint no free daycare.

Do0d, your personal pathos here saddens me.

I was sympathetic to your plight, but if you feel the need to menancingly lord it over a 7 year girl you need a gut check, a shrink, and a mirror to look into, in no particular order.

You've now spoken with her parents. If this continues, your beef is with them, not this child. Stop posting like one yourself. And please don't abuse her further. It's creepy and despicable.

im not menacing or abusing anyone. when we were 7 we didnt behave as dumb as kids behave these days. we only needed to be told once, if even that. i do feel bad for the kid since i think her parents are potheads and play games all day.

If you're going to ask a question, set up a poll to with douche/no-douche option so we can see where you are on this.

The under-utilization of polling feature and rap solos in pop songs are two of my least favorite trends of the past 2 years.

You said she's 7 years old. I'd imagine that your older child that she plays with isn't much older. So, you make your child in elementary school do homework from after school until 7pm? And now you're proud of yourself because a 7 year old is afraid of you? Wow.

what i'm wondering is if the girl did this numerous times in the past why didn't you ever ask her parents to keep her at their house until 7 pm?
