I haven't said it in this thread, so I'll say it. There is absolutely no reason that violence has entered our political debate. There's no excuse for it from the left or from the right. We should be able to disagree on political issues, to disagree even on fundamental principles without fearing a beating and gunshots or a bomb. I wish that President Trump would cool his rhetoric and i wish all good people could agree that violence has no place in our nations politics.

I don't think Trump will cool his rhetoric at all. It's central to his appeal to the deplorables. Keeps 'em nicely riled up & irrational. They're being attacked! Invaded! It inevitably pushes susceptible individuals over the edge.

Hypocrite. Violence entered our political debate because of your Dear Leader's ambition and, because as long as you thought you could gain from it, you supported it.
The only reason you're backing away from it now is because you're only just now beginning to realize the consequences of what you've ardently supported the past few years, and the rest of us warned you about all along (and you belittled us for doing so).

It's no surprise to me that you'll try to claim violence is something that was invented by President Trump when it's been a part of fringe politics in this country since it's inception. I have no problem at all remembering the SDS and Weather Underground bombings of the Vietnam era along with other violent episodes in our political past. Are you truly as ignorant as you're pretending to be?

And yet again the most amoral poster here can always find a way to justify any wrong or evil by using some isolated example of 3 wrongs making a right (even if he has to go back 50 years to find it). It's always, in your opinion, for 'your side' to do evil because 'the other side' started it. It's a real shame your parents never taught you better.
And I didn't say Trump invented violence, obviously.

You know, just a segue here, but the biggest irony behind these 'conservative' posters and their constant use of whataboutism is how it reveals their collectivist mentality. No one is an individual to these rabid conformists. No one is allowed independent thought, ideas, or affiliation. You're either 100% with them, to whatever extreme their collective requires, or they will brand you and outcast as their authoritarian nature sees fit, regardless of any individual merits you may possess, and regardless of what lies they need to tell in order to defame you.
They are every bit as collectivist and anti-liberty as any socialist.

You don't even have the balls to stand up and oppose political violence. You try to blame it on someone, anyone but yourself. You and your violent prone ilk are the problem.

I am opposing political violence, and always done so. That's why I've always opposed Trump and his irresponsible and inflammatory rhetoric. That's why I oppose you.

Look at you, a political bootlicker, a hack without conscience or conviction, a pathetic coward, pretending to claim anyone else doesn't have the balls. I'd give you credit just for that, if it weren't for the fact you're just lying and bluffing again. Because you're the one who lacks the balls to stand up to political violence, which is why you're frantically deflecting away from your own political violence.
All you're trying to do is blame me for actions I have always denounced, committed by people I have always disagreed with, just so you can distract attention away from violence you don't disagree with, committed by someone you do agree with.
And why? Because you cannot conceive of independent thought, and consider anyone who doesn't agree with you as the same as your worst enemies.

Trump instigates political violence. He obviously didn't invent it. His party even organizes it with the Proud Boys in Florida.

You probably didn't notice that in claiming it to be fringe that you included Trump & the GOP in the fringe, either.

Along with the guy that said ?

"“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said in Philadelphia last night. “Because from what I understand, folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”

Yet again, whatever evil you wish to commit is justifiable because you can imagine that someone else wanted to di it first.
You're like a broken record of amorality.

It was a joke, you fucking moron.

No it wasn't, it was a clear case of incitement to violence.

'We're gonna punish our enemies, and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' B. O.

Here is what Boehner said about Mr. Obama's use of the word "enemies" in prepared remarks for a speech Monday night.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have a president in the White House who referred to Americans who disagree with him as 'our enemies.' Think about that. He actually used that word. When Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush used the word 'enemy,' they reserved it for global terrorists and foreign dictators -- enemies of the United States. Enemies of freedom. Enemies of our country. Today, sadly, we have president who uses the word 'enemy' for fellow Americans -- fellow citizens. He uses it for people who disagree with his agenda of bigger government -- people speaking out for a smaller, more accountable government that respects freedom and allows small businesses to create jobs. Mr. President, there's a word for people who have the audacity to speak up in defense of freedom, the Constitution, and the values of limited government that made our country great. We don't call them 'enemies.' We call them 'patriots.'"

He's demanding that we denounce unrelated crimes from the past, that many of us have already denounced many times over, just so that he can find a way to avoid denouncing this crime today. It is an absurdly transparent deceit. I'd call it deplorable but he's already proud to be a piece of shit.

You're no patriot, you feel nothing but hatred and the need to suppress any freedom you don't personally enjoy.

Did Obutthole get prosecuted for his marijuana and cocaine sales?

I don't know what you are talking about but if he didn't would that mean you now like him?

I'm just trying to figure out what goes through the mind of a hypocritical piece of shit like yourself. I'm guessing not much as you only seem to regurgitate talking points rather than doing your own thinking.

I would say as any communist as socialism still allows for individuality whereas communism really doesn't have a place for it.
