We recently switched from OS9 to OS 10.3 (Panther) at work. We are using the built in mail client called mail.app. It's a nice program, and works fine with imap accounts, and so on. So basically it fullfills our every need. Except for one area...
Addressbook. Maybe it just needs to be configured properly, but I/we can't seem to figure it out. What we would like is to have the employees email autocomplete when we type it. It does this now, but it includes every mailadress that have ever been answered. And since we are a hotel this is very unsatisfactory, and annoying.
So a way to configure OSX so it only includes selected email addresses (about 30), or an (preferrably freeware) app that can do this (but we still want to use mail.app). Any suggestions?
Thank you.
