The newspaper ad lists each of these items and states under each picture "See mfr's rebate directory in store for details." So, you should be able to get the rebates in-store, although you may not be able to use the coupons there.

Just a word of caution----The last time OM has a rebate on the Hi Val 100 pack of disks, it was handled lousy. All rebates for Hi Val cd-rs go to IOMagic. The only way I got the rebate was buy calling them after it was long overdue.

I/O Magic is SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK for rebates. I sent one in on Dec 1, 2001 haven't heard a word back. Looks like that's money gone.

I'LL NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything I/O Magic again. IMO this is a $hit for brains type marketing scheme for promoting their competitors' products and services.

Just my $0.02.

Caution: Folks the camera is only free when purchased along with "iVISTA See Me Now" Software which is $19.99 and is also free after the rebate. Kenji, if you get a chance change your breakdown so people don't accidentally omit this from their purchase. So I guess that means no phone or caller id thingies. The rest of the deal stays the same.

Well, I don't know what happended to you guys. I bought IO/Magic CDRs and waited like 2 months but didn't recieved my check yet. I called them , they asked me the transaction on receipt and I recieved my check 3 days later. Remember to keep copy of everything you send including the date you mail. Call and check it after 6 weeks and I think you should be fine. I never missed any rebate so far. Good luck and have fun.

This deal should work in stores...

It is Office Max B&M policy to accept the OM.com coupons.
If the OM you goto gives u crap about them using coupons you tell them to call up the OM head offices...1-800-283-7674...i think that is the number.
Thats the number listed on the website for customer support. I used that number to call up and order an WD 80gig HD when they had an $80 rebate on the drive. And i was askin them questions about coupons and such. They said they only alow ONE of the following: Pricematch, or coupon...
Then i asked about typed of coupons and told them when i called my local OM and asked about using an OM.com coupon the place said no...so the guy at customer support (1-800-283-7674) said if any OM store gives u any crap about om.com coupons that i should tell them to call up 1-800-283-7674 and ask them about it...its store policy to accept om.com coupons.

So if you were to do this deal in store, they SHOULD accept the $15 off $75, or $20 off $100 or whatever...if not tell them to call 1-800-283-7674 and ask about it.

And...they said at customer support that it is store policy to accept competitors coupons, im sure that applies to B&M coupons. Whether that applies to coupons for use online, for example: the staples codes available online from places like www.ableshoppers.com, im not sure.

On a side note: staples does not honor staples.com coupons in stores.

They wont, until new laws can be passed handing out prison sentences for fraudulent rebate offers. The amount of money the public is losing over rebates is staggering, and in my opinion much worse than some thief pickpocketing you off the street.
