Misinformed people outraged that a brown man wasn't convicted for murder.

Never mind that:

To form intent would require the man be the world's greatest trick shot artist and intended to ricochet the shot into the girl.

That even the prosecutors story of Russian roulette fell apart, and even if true would have meant the shooting was still accidental.

Just never mind the facts. A brown man caused the death of a white woman. We're afraid and mad as hell about it! Since we can't argue the facts, we'll deflect with an irrelevant tax debate.

FFS

It isn't just about a murder charge.

From CNN: "Ines Garcia Zarate, 45, was acquitted of murder and involuntary manslaughter charges,"

Yes, because the prosecutors could not make their case that he was willfully acting criminally negligent, reckless or that the act stemmed from an unlawful act. This happened when their absurd and impossible attempts to convince the jury that he was playing Russian roulette at the time fell on its face and left them only with his explanation, which excluded any of the requirements for manslaughter.

You and several other Liberals talk about this deficit bullshit. Well, here's something to ponder. STOP SPENDING!

Besides. More income in the pockets of the people means more tax payers. This idea of increasing the deficit is a scare tactic that is fundamentally flawed.

Stop spending on what exactly?

We don't need to spend on defense?
Take healthcare away from the elderly? Kick them out of nursing homes? Don't assist healthcare for poor children?
Stop making debt payments?

Don't build highways and bridges?

That covers the vast amount of federal spending?

Or are you just going to complain about something that costs 0.01% of the budget and act like that fixes everything.

The president going to his golf course every other weekend. Secret service paying 35k a weekend on golf carts. FLOTUS needing her own place, escort and plane. Sec of Treas taking high cost trips to watch eclipse. Sec of health taking high cost charter flights. There's a few places to start.

Huh? The involuntary manslaughter charge fit the case the most.

A total freak accident would have been not seeing the gun at all ( e.g. stepping on it or touching the gun making it go off when it was concealed), but they say he had it in his hands. Then it just becomes an argument over the definition of criminal negligence. As is, you can get a vehicular manslaughter charge just for not looking the other way when turning at a corner.

Fat stacks at tax time in 2019 for one. The economy will improve greatly since that God awful corporate tax rate has been reduced. Not to mention the stock market is going to go up even higher making my 401k look pretty damn good. What's not to like? It's beyond me how anyone can say this isn't a good thing. It truly is. Anyone that says otherwise just suffers from Trump derangement syndrome.

wow, you have absolutely no idea what is going on in this bill. You are the poster child for the type of taxpayer that is absolutely getting fleeced by this bill, and you will probably take it willingly. LoL you idiot: you aren't seeing a dime in breaks because of this.

But you intended to drive and were intentionally operating a vehicle, knowingly not paying attention. He found a gun, was completely ignorant to how it worked and it went off. It wasn't his gun. What happened did not meet the standards of criminal negligence. To meet that you have to be aware of your responsibility and how to take proper care in the first place. He obviously did not.

Why do you think they made up the whole Russian roulette thing in the first place? Because as it stood it didn't meet the requirements.

"The U.S. Senate voted just before 2 a.m. ET Saturday to pass a sweeping tax overhaul worth roughly $1.4 trillion, putting the Trump White House a big step closer to its first major legislative victory – and many Americans closer to a tax cut."

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/12/02/senate-passes-major-tax-reform-package.html

Trump hasn't been in office a year yet and already he's making great strides for the American people.

Now we're all in Kansas. Repubs know this won't really work but they're obligated to allow the lootocracy to have their way with us until we throw them out. I mean, it apparently pays quite well. In the meanwhile, our own financial elite will be robbing us blind, creating federal debt to line their own pockets.

Feel the Freedumb!

We need to cutback on welfare spending and other liberal ideals. Let them eat cake.

Hogwash! This tax bill will reduce the deficit, promote global cooling and help to provide a chicken in every pot. You silly liberals should be happy that Donald Trump is looking out for all of us.

You are nothing but a fucking poseur. I hope you suffer untold miseries.

You dont know my life!

Yeh, fuck them kids. Shoulda picked rich parents.

Hmmm, I never thought about it that way. Perhaps we can pay for public sterilization programmes for certain income strata. That should help kids make better choices in parents.

And here I was thinking the same thing about the rich 1% in this country yet they get the highest welfare subsidies of all.

The rich get incentives, the poor get subsidies. Dont you know the difference?!

Nope. Abstinence only, baby!

What's the incentive in govt borrowing $1.5T to line the pockets of the wealthy when there are no conditions other than hopes & prayers?

FDC, forever authoritarian.

Just a very committed troll. He gives it away occasionally, his last couple posts being a prime example. I applaud his consistency and effort, but it can be hard to tell the trolls from people who actually believe that type of shit, like Conner.

No, he's right, it does reduce the deficit. It also helps UFO's land in his back yard and he likes when they do that.
